Win4Youth is a charitable sports initiative by the Adecco Group. We convert every kilometre covered by clients, candidates and colleagues into donations to nine different foundations. These foundations are involved in the training of less fortunate young people with the aim to improve their future job prospects.
With the Swiss Olympic Athlete Career Programme (ACP), Adecco supports Swiss Olympic athletes and trainers in career planning and recruitment.
We support young people entering the world of employment, offering them tips for successful job-hunting, helping them to gain valuable experience through placements and providing them with the chance to be a CEO for One Month.
