Based on the current situation and the spread of the coronavirus, the Federal Council has classified the situation in Switzerland as an extraordinary situation under the Epidemics Act. We are doing as much as we can as a company to restrict the spread of the virus.
We recommend that our clients and both external and internal employees adhere to the hygiene and conduct rules recommended by the FOPH.
So that we can continue our operational activities in the current situation, we ask you to implement the following measures.
Digital invoicing
In the current situation, we are no longer able to receive physical copies of orders and invoices. Therefore, we ask that you send all invoices and orders electronically so that we can ensure punctual payment of invoices.
Tell your accounting department to switch to digital invoices today. If you have any questions, our advisers will be happy to help you.
Broad presence
Our presence throughout Switzerland ensures that our clients have timely access to suitable personnel. We are continuing to provide support, even in the context of the current situation.
